After obtaining her Medical Secretaries diploma in 1983, Sarah worked at St John’s Hospital for Diseases of the Skin, just off Leicester Square in London. After relocating to South Cheshire she worked in various secretarial/PA roles for a manufacturing company, a recruitment agency and two accountants before going back to her roots and joining Veincentre as a Medical Secretary in November 2020.
Sarah and her partner are both history buffs and love travelling to different places. As well as visiting the usual holiday destinations and European cities, they’ve cruised through the Panama Canal from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean and have visited Vancouver and Banff in Canada; Chichen Itza in Mexico; Goa, the Taj Mahal and the Golden Triangle in India; Thailand, Laos and Angkor Wat in Cambodia and Marrakech in Morocco.
Sarah also enjoys reading historical novels, crime thrillers and chick lit; walking, cycling, visiting the theatre, watching live music and eating out. Finally but not least, she also enjoys the odd glass of wine, gin, vodka and Bailey’s (but not all at the same time)!
