    How Does It Work?

    Step One

    Please email friends@veincentre.com or call us on 01782 753 960 to get started on referring your friends. Alternatively, your friend can call up and reference your name.

    When your friend is referred, they will attend their consultation. Here they will get their treatment plan.

    Once your friend has finished their treatment, we will refund half the cost of their consultation and send you your £200 voucher.

    * Terms and Conditions (Effective November 2023)

    1. This offer is open to Veincentre patients who have completed their treatment journey and have paid in full, who recommend Veincentre to their friends and family.
    2. Subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein, if the referred friend undergoes EVLA treatment at Veincentre, you will receive £200 high street vouchers, being rewarded once your friend has completed and paid for their treatment journey.
    3. Referrals can be made via email or phone for you to provide the details of your friend, or your friend can get in touch via the same channels and mention that they have been referred by you.
    4. Upon your friend’s completion and payment for EVLA treatment, your friend will be refunded 50% of the consultation fee paid.
    5. Upon your friend’s completion and payment for EVLA treatment, you will be sent your high street vouchers in the post. The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the provider. Effective date: November 2023. We cannot backdate this offer.
    6. You are welcome to refer as many friends as you like. Each friend can only be referred by one previous customer on a first referrer basis, and the friend must not already be known by Veincentre. You will be entitled to £200 high street voucher for each friend who completes EVLA treatment in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    7. The offer is valid per friend, not per treatment. If a friend has EVLA to 1 leg and then later returns to have the same procedure on the other leg, you won’t be able to claim the £200 high street voucher twice. If your friend has EVLA to both legs, you will get a £200 high street voucher.
    8. If your friend is unsuitable for EVLA treatment, or is suitable for microsclerotherapy, foam sclerotherapy, Thermavein® (thermocoagulation), or cancels the treatment you will not receive the offer.
    9. Entry into this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and of Veincentre’s privacy policy, a copy of which can be found on the website. Participants consent to their personal details being used for the purpose of administering this promotion.
    10. These terms and conditions are subject to change and are governed by English law.
    11. If you feel that you are entitled to a voucher, but do not receive a voucher, please contact us.
