Varicose veins are a common problem, affecting up to 1 in 3 adults in their lifetime. They are usually a sign of an underlying venous insufficiency.
Thread veins can appear anywhere on the body but are mostly evidenced on the legs and face. They are more common than varicose veins, affecting up to 80% of adults.
Leg ulcers appear as broken skin in the lower leg or feet. We have been successfully treating venous leg ulcers for over 20 years.

Largest UK network of specialist clinics
Rebecca graduated from Aston University in 2001 with a Combined Honours Degree in Psychology and Business Administration. Deciding to focus her career in the hospitality sector she worked in Liverpool and Birmingham before joining a successful start-up brand in London where she developed a passion for young, growing businesses.
With a thirst for adventure, she decided to up sticks and relocate to Dubai in 2005, initially working as Food and Beverage Manager for a large furniture and lifestyle retailer, before heading up Carluccio’s and leading the expansion of the brand across the Middle East, overseeing operations in Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait.
Returning to the UK in 2013 Rebecca joined Bills Restaurants as Regional Head of Operations and thoroughly enjoyed helping the company quadruple in size, while maintaining a focus on fantastic customer service, people retention and development and exceptional brand standards.
After a challenging couple of years as a Regional Manager in the pub industry (during Covid!), it was time for a change.
From hospitality to healthcare, Rebecca joined Veincentre in January 2022 and has thoroughly enjoyed applying her experience in “everything operations” to many different facets of the business; from finding and fitting out new clinics, to enhancing patient experience, to streamlining purchasing processes, to developing people and teams…
Away from work, she loves cooking at home and dining out with friends. Travel remains a passion – especially to places where the sun shines!
