It can sometimes be difficult for us to fill appointments that are cancelled at the last minute or if someone fails to turn up.

If you wish to rearrange an appointment, this must be done according to the below timeframes, otherwise, unfortunately, a fee will be charged.

 

Treatment appointments

Consultation appointments

To rearrange, please let us know at least one week before your appointment date.

Follow-up appointments

To rearrange, please let us know at least one week before your appointment date.
