Walk in, walk out treatments typically take around an hour

We do not advise that you fly long haul (over 4 hours) for 4 weeks following any treatment. Short haul flights (less than 4 hours) are fine.

You will have to wear a support stocking for a week following any treatment. Therefore, you cannot swim for a week, and we do not advise that you horse ride, but apart from that you can carry on as normal.
